what is the best protein for health?

what is the best protein for health?

  • Steamed fish and vegetables are symbols of a healthy diet. And indeed, such food has a lot of protein (Fatsecret gives 19.1 g of protein per 100 g) and very few calories - only 127 kcal / 100 g. It is pretty efficient. To keep those calories from transferring to fat mass, my friend found the best place to buy Ostarine, which will help build muscle mass. And yet there are still many foods with even more protein and fewer calories. Protein supplements are not magic powders without which you can't build your body. They're just proteins extracted from biomass. And even that is not the most effective.

  • Their is more than one type of protein and obviously different foods contain different nutritional contents but you need to take into account that different individuals have different digestive abilities that effect how affective food is digestive and processed within the body.

many plant based proteins lack specific amino acids nutrients that the human animal can’t synthesised and create themselves and typically requires you to consume more of these foods to get your daily recommendation of protein which can be difficult. Supplementing with iron and B12 can be pointless as many plant based proteins typically lack nutrients to assist with the absorption of B12 and the iron within these supplements are not the right type of iron.

Certain pulses and nuts contain a dangerous protein called lectins that can bind to you digestive system and cause a toxic implications of consumed raw but lucky are broken down and more digestible when cooked but still pose significant risk if consumed daily.

Most animal based or sourced proteins are factory farmed and have been selectively breed for rapid growth and lack the nutritional benefits that meat from similar animals from fifty years ago.

Algae is complex as their is many types of the stuff and large varieties are toxic or obtained through harmful farming methods from contaminated water sources. Humans and the majority of large mammals are completely incapable of fully digesting and taking advantage of algae’s nutrition contents. Methods to process algae for human consumption destroys most of nutrients during the process and in some situations harmful chemicals are used process for human consumption.

fungi manly mushrooms are relatively a great source of proteins and other nutrients and relatively low fat and have a relative small carbon food print, like most natural foods consuming then have their risks as only an small number of fungi are edible, even edible species of mushrooms have their risks as many of them contain small amounts of carcinogenic and even natural forming formaldehyde which make raw mushrooms dangerous, but don’t worry these natural forming chemical are extremely sensitive to heat and are destroyed during cooking.

Fish and other seafood are typically a great source of protein and omegas three but commonly contaminated by micro plastic and variety environmental plagues and depending on where the food is harvested from may contain toxics substance in trace amounts the reduce you ability to digest and nitriles there nutritional contents.

to be honestly their is no best source of protein, they all have their negatives implications but the best way to avoid their negative effects is by having a wide range of different protein sources in your diet within moderation.

  • Eggs gets my vote. Because I love eggs. They're eggscellent (sorry!)

  • chocolate and Cake wins !

  • I love pulses, like lentils. They are so versatile; easy to cook; and just delicious.

  • just buy, normal vegetables nuts pulses, beans ,milk and fruit thats all u need.  Quorn if u are a veggie.  eggs, fish, and meat if not a veggie.

your body has the biochemistry to make what it needs

  • As I understand it the protein in dark green vegetables like kale and in seaweed are the best forms of protein. This is different question to what foods have the most protein in them, although per calorie both kale and especially seaweed come out really high.

Overall though our health is much more dependent on other nutrition than protein, eg fibre, nutrients, micronutrients, prebiotics, probiotics, omega oil, ... . The WHO says that even vegans in the west eat too much protein to be healthy and should reduce their protein intake by 10% for improved health.
