Does anyone know of any natural ways to raise melatonin levels in the body?

According to Wikipedia it is in bananas.

This is interesting. I have sleep issues (delayed sleep phase disorder), and hadn't thought about melatonin from food. I can't eat kiwi's though, I'm allergic to them! Is there any other food that is high in melatonin?
I watched 'The food hospital' recently and they gave a woman with sleep problems 3-4 kiwis (cant remember the exact amount) 40 mins before bedtime as the have good levels of melatonin. It worked for her.
