Not sure what can post here. Read something upsetting about something happens to us autistics. Want discuss but not sure if can put up. I'm late diagnosed, recent upset has spiralled me. Yet get any support. Family horrible. GP horrible. Scared.

    I used to be suicidal in my past. I understand how awful it feels. I was not being taken seriously and badly bullied. But there were things that saved me - my special intrest and inner world. I decided it's worth to live to enjoy doing my favourite things. Please seek help, we may not be able to help online.
