Not sure what can post here. Read something upsetting about something happens to us autistics. Want discuss but not sure if can put up. I'm late diagnosed, recent upset has spiralled me. Yet get any support. Family horrible. GP horrible. Scared.

I read 40 percent of us die by suicide. I know it's bad, but I hoped one day if meet someone gets me but this is inevitable
