have you tried audio books to take you away somewhere relaxing............I find that often helps me, so I'm resting but my brain isn't ruminating. Take care, one morning, one afternoon, or one evening at a time............

I would take that as a sign to rest and recharge.
The usual things that I normally enjoy aren't working or I am just not motivated to do them
I have had this with anxiety before but this time I have felt just so v tired
You are not alone. I've felt similar but anxious too. Not really managed anything. I can't work out what the issue is.
I have days like that. I usually do things that give me pleasure to try and balance things out in my head.
I have my lovely cat to keep me company. Did a jigsaw for a bit but gave up.
I find concentrating on self care and trying to do at least one thing you enjoy helps
if you're body needs you to sleep just sleep
