Hi all
I have an update on this issue. The platform provider has confirmed that the issue is caused by a BBCode bug. This allows you to do simple formatting or add links without affecting the underlying page code. It normally has a built‑in failsafe to stop anything from breaking the page, but the bug prevents that failsafe from working, which is why some posts are currently hiding responses.
They are working on a fix that will be included in their next service release pack, but there is no ETA yet.
We can delete the posts containing the BBCode causing the problem, but this would permanently remove all related data. The alternative is to wait for the fix so nothing is lost, though we do not know when it will be released.
Thanks for your patience while we work with the provider.
