Yeah mornings are rough. I typically silence my alarm at least two-three times per morning. The morning shower is what really bothers me, but I find I feel a little better throughout the day doing showers in the morning than in the evening.

Thanks that's interesting showers are good, I procrastinate and struggle to get going especially now I'm retired. I'll make that change though - thanks.
