As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?
1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.
2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.
3. Home and having a curry tonight

Good job recovering, and also pulling out of the trip if it wasn't going well! Knowing your limits seems tricky to get the hand of!
(I also drink decaf, though regular with tea)

It's tough when plans don't work out. The other week I really wanted to have a nice 'nearly christmas' day with the kids. We had a simple plan, see about christmas jumpers, get them advent calandars (this being the last weekend in novmember), and then lunch out as they really like this Italian restaurant in that town.
But the overwhelm started creeping in at the first shop, ramping up majorly going into the busy supermarket with the kids (my son has to drive the trolley, it's his way of coping but then it stresses me but I can't show it), then the restaurant was tough as it was really busy, as the times we've been before it was really quiet and we got a booth, but we were in a tight packed table and it was full full, so three out of the four of us aren't doing well and don't really enjoy it.
Very disappointing and then for the 3 hours we were out, we were wiped for the rest of the day. I wish christmas shopping could go like I imagine it.
