As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?

1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.

2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.

3. Home and having a curry tonight

1. I finished my Xmas shopping

2.I went into the City, nearly had a meltdown and didnt get everything done, but recovered quickly.

3. Switched to drinking (mostly) decaff coffee.

Good job recovering, and also pulling out of the trip if it wasn't going well! Knowing your limits seems tricky to get the hand of!

(I also drink decaf, though regular with tea)
