As it can take a looong time for faults to be remedied, I thought this could fill in for now?
1. My Vabysmo eye injection this afternoon at the hospital.
2. I wore my 'hidden disabilities' thingy around my neck.
3. Home and having a curry tonight

Wrote another page in my diary and I feel happy and grateful for this online community

2. Met some friendly dogs and their owners whilst shopping.

1. Got good news at the hospital that my boyfriends arm is healing well!! Took away so much anxiety
2. Went for a lovely breakfast after the appointment

Three for today:
1. Found new laces for my approach shoes, and they were reduced from £4.99 to £1.99. Result!

3. Saw and heard a song thrush for the first time this year.
Three for yesterday:

3. A more restful night"s sleep so had more spoons.
No, I hope you are feeling calmer now, it's a bad time for clear thinking.
I hope you can still find your 3 good things.
A panic attack at 1 in the morning isnt a great way to start the day
1. Got to do my Wicked Lego set that I’ve been wanting to build- it’s my favourite set so far!
2. Made some big progress on my animal crossing island

Well now I have achieved my three things for the day

Three good things already today:
1. Good consultation with my awesome GP.
2. New curtains for my hangout room are ready for collection.
3. Lovely cafe trip with my dog - scone for me, sausage for him!
This is a really good exercise to do - I'm new here after only just receiving my diagnosis, and it's cheered me up reading your answers below, especially all the food and nature ones! I don't think I've achieved 3 for today yest, but my 3 for yesterday
1. Gave a good speech at a work event and interacted well with all the participants (even if my boss didn't then give me any credit for my work)
2. I finished a really good book
3. I went boxing and laughed with my friend
Trying something new (that had the potential of life improvement for you) is definitely a good and positive thing.
Realising that it wasn't going to work out how you had hoped, and then getting your money back = also a good thing.
Learning from/because of anything = always a good thing.
All good!
(Just beware the "anger" = often bad juju for you, and the world at large.)
Wishing and sending you this = hopefully good juju for you, and the world at large.
With warmth
Number.
