Sometimes i'm fine for an uber early morning, sometimes really happy with an all-nighter and sometimes fine for both on the same day, and into the next. Depends how I'm feeling in the moment and what needs to get done.

I saw this recently and it really resonated with me. Working hours should work for everyone, not just morning people.

It’s almost the same for me. Although I almost always wake up early, which doesn’t mean that I go to bed early. I don’t feel like a night owl because I’m always tired in the evenings but I also don’t feel like a morning lark because I’m also tired in the mornings. The effects of never really sleeping enough, I guess.
