You could also try checking first any complaints about someone disagreeing with another before making them stand in the proverbial corner! If that is why my posts are no longer allowed. I have never sworn or insulted anyone, now all of a sudden I have been silenced!
I disagree. I think the many fruitfull arguments we've had here over the years proves it is not. A least not politically. It is an echo chamber in one sence. We are all autistic. Almost all of us here. And I'd say if an autistic person only really socialised here and in other autistic groups their view of the world would be very skewed.
This forum means a lot to me, thank you this place I found out I’m not the only “alienated human” experiencing the world differently, other people here helped me a lot. I like people here and this site - it’s clear design too, it’s not overwhelming like other social media apps with millions of icons short videos banners etc.
There are quite a few people here who respond to requests for advice with useful recommendations from their experience and knowledge. If in no other way, this forum serves a useful purpose.
For you information, I for one feel very little in the way of self-loathing. In general, I am reasonably happy with who and what I am.
Dear esoteric,
We would like to remind you of Rule 7 of our online community:
Rule 7: Be respectful in discussions. Disagreements are fine, but personal attacks and insults are not. Swearing is not allowed. Please respect other viewpoints and avoid taking sides in arguments. Comments can be misinterpreted, and posts may come from users who are anxious or distressed. If something upsets you, take a break before responding.
Kind Regards,
Rosie Mod
