More information about rule 9: No multiple accounts

Dear Online Community users,  
 
We have published new online community rules, rule number 9 states not to have duplicate accounts: 
Rule 9: No multiple accounts. Each user can only have one account. If you forget your password, please use the password reset feature.   

We understand that in current circumstances with the technical issues we have experienced you would not be able to access the online community without creating a new account. We will not be applying this rule in these circumstances.  
 
If you would like to delete any multiple accounts, please contact the CommunityManager@nas.org.uk mailbox from the email address registered to your online community account requesting an account deletion.
