We are looking for autistic young people and parents/caregivers to take part in our study about self-harm.

We are a team of researchers at UCL, who want to find ways to support the mental health and wellbeing of autistic young people. To do this, we need to better understand why autistic young people are at increased risk of self-harm (when a person hurts themselves on purpose).

We would like to interview autistic young people (aged 10 to 24) and the parents or caregivers of autistic young people (aged 10 to 24) who have a history of self-harm about their experiences. The interview can take place online (e.g., via phone/video call) or in person, whichever makes you feel most comfortable. We will give you a £20 gift voucher to say thank you for taking part in the research study.
