Does any one get thoughts that come in to your head and you don't want them there it makes you frustrated irritated and angry at them being there.
Yep. It's difficult when you are 100% convinced that they are true.
Yes, these are called intrusive thoughts and they can be quite overwhelming. Repeating things to myself like "it is an intrusive thought, it is not how I truly believe or a reflection of my character" can be helpful. I also try to link things with other 'neutral' thoughts, for example a particular type of trigger I link with a specific video of poppy fields (the flower) - reducing the emotion/focus on the unwanted thought helps it go away.
