africans were not taken advantage of because of their skin.... if you think that then your racist yourself as then you h ave to describe to me how their skin colour makes them more easily manipulated... its just skin... its no different to white skin, so it doesnt make them more easily taken advantage of... to think it makes them more easily taken advantage of is to play to a actual racist mindset that their skin makes them.... somehow... lesser.... i dont wanna even say this but thats what your words imply when used like that. and im guessing you must be pretty young and have been taken advantage of yourself because all this race ideas are what someone forced onto you without context or history isnt it?

but as another seed to make you critically think.... you bring up european past and colonialism as a excuse to hate and demonise white people, despite the fact that was so long ago and no one was involved in that..... i want you to think back to 2000s when we had islamic terror attacks, the people who did that and support that are still alive and are guilty.... now we had a time the media demonised all muslims for terror attacks and basically said that all muslims are terrorists.... then it flipped on that and then said its then racist to say they are all terrorists and to not judge them on the actions of the few, and anyone even suspecting them as terrorists became a racist and it became racist to call muslims terrorists... 

with that in mind on the last paragraph.... flip that and impose it on your hate for white people.... its racist to call us all colonisers just because we are white, on the actions of the rich few elite who are not even alive to this day anyway. to judge us all over that we havent had a hand in, thats long past that no one guilty of is even alive... to call all white people colonisers is infact racist as calling all muslims terrorists. do you understand now? ... im not saying your racist though, im trying to make you think, what i believe is you have been brainwashed and taken advantage of by marxists who preach this racist double standards thing they call critical race theory. you need to think on it and question it more rather than take it as gospel. your being misled by it 

I edited this and put this at the top because after reading your post again then reading everyone else's again I don't detect animosity from you, I detect you coming from what is clearly Gen Z and trying to make a - HEARTFELT - point.  Therefore if you read further, view it as advice specifically understanding that thought crimes are rape of the mind and the sooner everyone in the next generation realizes this, the better your lives will be because governments have convinced you that a thought is a crime.

Do you realize we are less than 10 years from technology that can read neural impulses in the brain and display them as actions? In other words, when you're in your 30's this line of illogical reasoning will get you jailed. Imagine when you THINK the wrong thing, police show up and put you in prison. That's less than 10 years from now with current technology and your line of thinking.


Enflores3000 I say this with all due respect. I am Autistic, white, male, have died clinically twice, two other times the military had to find my body with infrared in a forest. Hate crimes are THOUGHT crimes. Did you never read 1984? We are NOT a sickness OR a disease and I don't know what is going on with Gen Z but as 41yo Gen M American male, the lack of understanding of Freedom among younger people is alarming.

We are the most marginalized, forgotten and abused group on planet Earth and never would I subscribe to the idea of "Thought Crimes." Adding us to that list just robs society of freedom and makes us victims of which we are not!

Before you go down this road of not only not understanding that a hate crime is a thought crime of which someone else gets to determine what you're punished for based on what you think that you would read

Having carefully read through all of the responses to this question on this thread, given my own lived life experiences as an older Irish gay man living in the U.K. 22 years, active on both the gay scene and in non-profit parts of the gay world, from a traditional Rural Irish Catholic background, recently diagnosed later in life and having worked in supermarkets for 30 years as a traditional Irish Catholic, I consider this to be a most interesting and highly relevant question. On balance, I consider it to be true for many of us with autism even before we were diagnosed and this question is in some ways even more relevant for all of us in the post Covid era, where our world has changed so rapidly and fundamentally in the space of 4 years alone. While I personally believe that our only way out of our current situation is a return to traditional moral and social values, as I believe that so many of us have been programmed in so many ways since the 1960’s and since Vatican II, given some of the emotional based responses to this question, so many of us cannot come to terms with the fact that we have been brainwashed, mind-controlled, manipulated, indoctrinated and taken advantage of in many other ways during our lifetimes even before our diagnosis - I know that for myself, the experience of Covid has been an emotional roller-coaster as I have witnessed the rapid changes happening to our world in ways that I was not even aware of in my teens 

I am nice to other people.  And anyone who disagrees with that statement deserves a smack in the mouth.  (Irony of is that hypocrisy?)
