Hi,

I've just read a BBC article on their website about Bradley Riches, and his experience in Big Brother, whilst managing his Autism. 

Now I confess to not watching the show or knowing who Bradley Riches is ( I don't watch much television). But I've found the article really empowering. 

I reached my Autism revelation only 4 months ago, and I'm still trying to understand, accept and unmask. My anxiety when I leave my flat is so intense and I'm struggling to say the least.

But somehow this article has given me hope, to be me. If this guy can openly stim on TV, then surely I can stim on the bus, and when I'm walking down the street.
