- Shackleton's Imperial Trans Antarctic Expedition

Hi there, my interests are Aviation, Disney and Music
Maybe you should start a classic car thread..
About 10k are they now..?
Drawing and art. I obsess with both, and have been drawing daily for years. I love art like the works of Leandro da Vinci.
I saw this XJS a few days ago.
It's in my town, local and for sale, if I had the money I would buy it! Love the old Jags
That's cool! I love mechanics too. Yes, whilst now being very electronically controlled the ICE is unchanged in principle.
Whoa! Some nice classic Fords there. I love Ford's, they made some amazing cars in the 70s and 80s.
I don’t know a lot about classic cars, but I did see these guys, outside Dylan Thomas’ old digs..
One of my special interests is classic cars
I saw this older Toyota yesterday. Stunning car, not many of this model left. I spoke non stop about it to my mum and sister for hours. I think they got bored but I loved it.
.. “neigh”..
Horses
Let's see...
Genealogy and DNA
Quizzes and tests from Playbuzz to high range IQ
Reaction time testsAn old one: Making cassettes by genre, year, men's names, girl's names, cities etc
Yay another microbiology enthusiast! One of my special interests is Microbes and I'm going to start a degree in Microbiology in September!
(Have you heard of P. Radiodurans? It's an extremophile that can survive the radiation of space!)
My other special interests are:
Animals! (any kind)(my biggest one!)
Karate (I cried when I had to change to a different style this year)
Japanese culture (hint hint, my screen name)
Food! (hint hint my screen name )
I too take great pleasure in repairing nearly anything. I have MIG and stick welders, and hold an old outdated qualification for car mechanics. Despite all the peripheral advances surrounding a piston engine, it is still a piston engine requiring the same rebuild skills of an earlier time.
Sorry for the delayed response, It is not my intention to be rude and hope I am not viewed as such as I dip in and out of this forum.
Hanni said:skinwalker ranch is one of my go to documentaries. have you seen expedition bigfoot?
I have followed both series with fascination in addition to The curse of Oak Island, Through The Wormhole, and basically anything of that nature broadcasted on the Blaze, Discovery, and History channels. I follow anything to do with UFOlogy. There is so much unexplained wierdness out there, and I am fascinated by it all ! I can't wait for Blind Frog Ranch series 3.
Thriller novels.
Comics / graphic novels.
Movies.
Guitars - although this one seems to have waned somewhat lately.
My interests:
Mine is World War 2 have been fascinated with it since I was a child. Comic fantasy fiction mainly the books by Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams.
My head is up into the stars --- some may say up my a--e, with cosmology, planetary science, UFOlogy, I am blown away by the weirdness of quantum mechanics. I subscribe to NewScientist magazine and follow the Blaze, Discovery, History channels, and love the "Through The Wormhole" series. Ive been following The Curse of Oak Island treasure saga from it's beginning, and when I say beginning I mean from the first Reader's Digest appearance of this mystery in their January 1965 issue at the same time the then young Lagina brothers read this article. It captivated my interest as it did indeed theirs, only they became rich men enabling them to persue their interest.
