can you explains what this is  and what causes it ..... i just google it and it is apparently normal and healthy  !  is that your experience ?

 I am just going for my walk with the meditative group - we can chat when i get back :)

flat out again for 3 days there but got a lot done. Getting alot of praise from management which is nice ----- mentioned idea of recruiting some more autistic people I could train up but there is no budget at moment. But they didnt say no 

have a good pair of breaks

So all is ticking over nicely (although I appear to have rubbed someone else from another team at work up the wrong way - from a slightly "blunt" e-mail. The news filtered back third hand - why on earth do folk make this so difficult?).

Another couple of weeks and I'm on leave for a week - it's time for a well earned break.

Also taking a break from the forum for a bit. I'm a bit preoccupied with other things at the moment so finding it difficult to tune into posting.

Fingers crossed the home purchase goes smoothly. 

took the old flue for my woodburning stove out.  Ordered what i need to replace the defective bits. Getting ready for birthday party tomorrow. 

Volunteering and I handed in my assignments this week so I’ve been spending time on my special interests

The purchase of the bungalow I wanted is agreed, subject to survey, and - God willing - the sale of my home and land will complete at the end of the month. The money can't come soon enough, my uncle had to write a £2,000 cheque for a holding deposit, but I'll pay him back.

I had to depend on a Food Bank this week, and will probably do the same next week, but I'm grateful for the option.

Where are you getting Monday and Tuesday as a public holiday, may I ask?

so hot here. getting ready for party on sunday,, no not England winning.  one of my sons birthdays.   Busy working flat out today because we are off work Monday and Tuesday on Public Holiday.      Hooray long weekend 

some of my kids are back from greater Manchester for a visit so thats great. I am unfortunately still working everyday. Accidentally kicked off a Amazon Prime trial. So I am watching as many films as i can while it lasts :)

I'm booking myself in for some leave soon. Think I'm getting ready for it - need to make some more quality "me" time. 

Good day today. Busy, extra asks, little bit chaotic but I seem to have navigated them all. There was a moment when my brain stalled because it was trying to make sense over something that didn't make sense. Reined it back in. 

Blood pressure edging into the right place too. Looks like small changes are starting to pay off. 

They are being very supportive - which is good news. My role has now been extended until the end of August and I wouldn't have been able to sustain it otherwise. 

on leave so enjoying  being out and about with various people. Having great fun increasing my social skills and making new friends. Doing some sailing today ! ( weather dependent )

Barely scraped through today at work, thank goodness its the weekend now 

Same, I keep telling myself it's only tomorrow to get through and then it's the weekend.
