It was boosted a lot with a quick check-in with one of my senior managers (which was an open and honest 30 minute discussion, no management BS) - when it comes to people she really knows her stuff. 

It's good to land on a long weekend in a good place. Been quite the journey this week.

That has been.a *very* long week .... from meltdown Monday to today (Fantastic Friday)

Finished the day on a high. Major piece of work finished off today. 

Now relaxing with Kitty, cuppa on the go, listening to Matt Dillahunty get annoyed with his callers.

aidie is being playful, I don't see an issue there at all.
