i do wish u the best of luck. i cant advise u on this subject because i am so terrible at performance Management stuff especially the language used. Mine is related partially to my pay. But the company i worked for before, OMG, if u had a bad review u got no pay rise until it increased again !
I find performance reviews a horrible process
yes its my first really good one. last year i almost got the chop.... but we pulled of small miracles to get covid code out.
It isnt over ! our team needs a rest and sent to Hawaii for month. Or in my case a nice cool deciduous forest
Had a Solicitor appointment today. Then, I visited my Artist Friend for company.
A relative of mine passed away yesterday. I posted a Mass Card for her half an hour ago. The drive home, however, freaked me out, a bit.
So many flies around my house, and I'm too stressed out to use the fly spray. Sunning myself now.
Sorry to hear that. How old were they?
did loads of work in local autism group over weekend. Nice bunch of people. Brand new group.
Spent hours on ASDirect there are bits of Discord i find hard to use.
DId loads of gardening today the wildlife are loving the hot weather where I live.
After taking three weeks off from karate with shoulder pain (unrelated injury) I was back in class today. Throughout the lockdowns we were lucky enough to still have a semblance of a class on Zoom. Being back in live in-person classes is so nice, though we still can't pair up. I have probable ADHD as well so trying to follow strings of instructions can be difficult but I'm not giving up. My Sensei is willing to do some 1 to 1 classes with me if I feel I need the extra support which is great :) I'm on my 6th belt now after 2 years and hoping I will go all the way to Black eventually.
Work - less meetings and I had some downtime to work in peace today, which was lovely.
This temporary role has now been extended so having a conversation next week with my manager to put some adjustments in place so this is sustainable. There's some things which are causing issues - I am still sleeping for hours after work because the task-switching and people interactions are exhausting.
Looking forward to a relaxing weekend.
Taken photographs. :)
Snapped the bit out?
I visited the Transport Museum at Cultra this afternoon, for my birthday, and snapped the bit out. Bish, bash, bosh!
I also got a cake from Superstars in Cookstown, and had enough time to pop over to Loughgall Chapel for prayers before heading to Portadown for the train to Cultra.
Meanwhile, in the real world, I was about to have my offer - subject to survey - for the bungalow I want agreed. But I don't have the money yet for a deposit. I passed that onto my Solicitor, whom I'll talk to at Noon on Monday. And the Solicitors in County Monaghan have to set up a Probate application for my Gran to the Revenue Commission in Dublin. I have a Social Security Number for the South, but my brother doesn't. Eek.
