had my performance review today.    got a very high score and feedback from manager

Got my first 1-1 with my new manager tomorrow, don't know what sort of handover he had from the last one so could be a long conversation.

i do wish u the best of luck. i cant advise u on this subject because i am so terrible at performance Management stuff especially the language used. Mine is related partially to my pay. But the company i worked for before, OMG,  if u had a bad review u got no pay rise until it increased again !

yeah I hate them, can never think of anything to say about the work I have done, I just get on with it.
