For me it's an overspill. Lots of crying, shouting, accusations and whatever comes into my brain first. I need to talk and I need to vent. Afterwards, I get exhausted but I feel better. I'm not the throwing type but I do like physical labour when I'm stressed. Being physically busy takes the energy out and focuses my brain on a task.

I find that cardio at the gym with a good playlist really helps to release anger!
I’ll try more physical exercise. Exertion beyond comfort zones scares me a little but maybe I’m lazy.
