I think it partly depends on how I am feeling. At the moment I am coping pretty well, so something like mindfulness and listening to music helps me. Recently, though, I have been really struggling so have referred myself to try and get onto an online coping with stress course - not sure I believe it will work/help but I've got desperate.
Most of all, be kind to yourself.
