Hi!

Recently I have been thinking about learning to drive but im nervous if I have a meltdown or sensory overload whilst driving.

If you are autisitic and know how to drive (a car) could you tell me a little bit about your experience on what's it like and what the pros and cons are?

    I did drive a moped for thirteen years and I drove my Mother's car in the 1970s but I never passed any test.  Some Autistic people have concentration problems which can impact their driving.   I gave up riding a moped in 1994 when I moved to North London which has more traffic than South London.
