1. My family and other animals (a guinea pig and 2 mice)
2. We are going to the beach this week to see the seals (they give birth on the Norfolk coast during winter)
3. The first coffee of 2020 went down well.

Wonderful positive things, but always think I could have done better despite being multimillionaire and lovely family. How do I have fun ?
New Year celebrations yet again closely resembled the Battle of the Somme. But I went to bed before midnight, got some decent sleep and even had some interesting dreams. There are actually some real positives to be gained by not living the playboy lifestyle. Hands up everyone here who has ever felt intensely lonely during a party!
...Happy New Decade, Mr. Aidie!
...Um... is this a serious Thread? In which case I might not post so much, sorry. But useful things towards "Positive Thinking" include "Mindfulness" Meditation, which I cannot really do much more than simply state as a keyword ( Mindfulness ), since I think that most Autistic People do that automatically even without realising that it is called "Mindfullness"... (e.g. not stepping upon Ants, noticing the Wind direction, feeling the surroundings, etc. etc.)
I have a lot of positive things and negative things in 'My Life here', thus I am not really posting any of them. Thanks For the Thread, of course, in any case... and Good Luck...!
Sorry to hear that you were homeless! What happened?
Ah! My husband would be absolutely lost without my own brand of slightly crazy to navigate every day
IKR! Shocking! I’ll have to get that perm and blue rinse booked up pronto!
Happy New Year to you too Aidie
Positivity on the forum what a fabulous idea
1. My husband and my 3 daughters (and a grandson on the way too!).
2. My friends.
3. Autistic solidarity and support through a few autistic friends of mine and the autistic women’s group that I run locally.
4. A roof over my head.
5. Food (too much, I totally overstocked for Christmas and new year) in my freezer/fridge/cupboards.
1. I can write and talk with ease - just read a book by Naoki Higashida who has severe autism.
2. I made it through another day
3. I'm not at work today - Hooray!
4. I created some more firewood today so we are nice and warm tonight
5. I have good nutritious food to eat pretty much when I want
