This is a technique to change how you think to the more positive.

all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have  ( even just one thing is a positive step )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think. 

Parents
  • I need to try this today...feeling hyper anxious..

    I'm grateful for: 

    • central heating (it's freezing outside)
    • i already made today's dinner yesterday so I don't have to cook tonight
    • jigsaw puzzles
    • all this lockdown means I have spent less cash

  • if u do this regularly it improves your thinkin. Even better is to crack a small smile ( force one if need be ) to double its power :) .I have nt used my car for 2 weeks which is awesome for the environment :)
