all you have to do is list things you are blessed to have ( even just one thing is a positive step )

Visit on a regular basis to change how you think.
Grateful for;
1. Learning to negotiate Dublin Airport while visiting a friend from America at a hotel.
2. Slimming World.
3. Getting home safely.
4. My Sainsbury's groceries arriving after I returned home.
5. The virtual keyboard on my MacBook Pro- my r key is broken.
6. Having a washing machine and tumble dryer at home.
7. The new car park at Portadown train station.
8. The evening being mild.
9. The fundraiser I attended last Thursday night.
10. The internet.
ahhh the internet ... bliss
