Hi all,
At the moment I feel like most of what I seem to do with my weekends is sleep or be shut down. Getting frustrated at not being able to have the energy to do all the projects I want to do.
Is it a normal autistic thing to go through weeks of excessive sleeping? Either as part of a cycle or just a normal thing.
Any kind of insight would be great.
Thanks,
Craig

Excessive sleeping or exhaustive burn outs can be usual fare for some people on the spectrum. As such perhaps you may find the following information useful via these links:

I wish I had excessive sleep.
I manage four or five hours of stressful nightmare ridden sleep per night. Then I wake up and suffer.
