Does anyone else have trouble regulating their body temperature? I get so hot sometimes I have to walk around the house in my underwear whilst others don't seem to feel it . But I also go the other way and can be really really cold and other people aren't. Am I just super sensitive to heat ?
I'm very sensitive to heat. It's driven me to some dark places. Last summer was a nightmare. If I'm alone I'm pretty much the same with what I wear. It feels like I'm covered in plaster rash when I'm too hot, and my other senses are more sensitive.
On the plus side I don't feel cold, it's not good in a way, because I don't notice when I'm dangerously cold, but it's helpful on a coldish day.
If you are anything like me you prefer the winter when its frosty?
Yeah! It feels easier to breath too, and less sunlight. Summer doesn't agree with me at all. My senses are cranked up to 10!
For me, the winter means no bugs, which I am extremely sensitive to. My body hates extreme cold or heat and requires time to adjust to either temperature. I have found the only exception to this is when I am trying to regulate a newborn or small infants temperature, which I find odd, but helpful
Summer in the city is the worst. The concrete holds the heat!
I think it could be related to humidity because i don't like the UK summer, but I lived in Australia for a while and I never found it too hot, it was just a lovely warm temperature all the time
