Hi I would be interested in meeting up with people with Autism/Aspergers in my area (Merseyside), but unsure how to go about looking for groups, still unsure of my diagnosis; sometimes sure sometimes feel like a fraud so would like to attend something where I wouldn't offend anyone if I turn out to be NT.
Though I have noticed that I "click" more with people who identify with the spectrum, and they quickly start talking of me as though they are sure even though I am still not, which quite frankly is the strongest indicator I have had of my own Aspergers state and would be interested to meet more people, and quite frankly need more good people in my life and if nothing else that seems like a good way to find them, haha.

If you're interested in finding social groups you might want to look in our Autism Services Directory here on the site - https://www.autism.org.uk/directory/browse/cid=58~aid=1.aspx which you can filter by location and different types of service, hopefully you will be able to find something helpful there!
