Hi all, as mentioned in the long ASD women thread we will try a daily new thread to help avoid people and ideas getting lost.
Welcome all women with ASD self diagnosis or diagnosed is OK!
You mean when the mis-wiring short circuits!!!! Morning Spotty btw :)...and MisFit...
Hello too and I like your plan!
Hope you are ok with that, it is as Misfit said, a very quick turn around. Your life sounds quite full up.
Hi Nessiej
welcome to the mis-wired crew.....love your philosophy!
Aw I'm sorry. That was a quick turn around.
Hello Nessiej Welcome to the forum. Good plan! Plenty of tips, advice and support here. We differently wired folk are unique;there are lovely people here to appreciate your talents and offer words of humour or experience for the more difficult bits.
Thank you lovely....he's gone away again this morning. A week with his dad..... :(
Hi all, I'm 47 and have felt mis wired all my life. Finally got the diagnosis a year ago. Makes so much sense and such a relief. It's taken the pressure off myself and am looking at adapting my life to suit my uniqueness rather than the other way round.
Hello Elephant. I know you wrote 3things yest but can't find it.. just wanted to say glad for you that your son is home.
Hi Zebra
one 42yr old self diagnosed woman here! Welcome aboard!
Welcome. Quite a few folk with beloved pets and plenty who are creative. I haven't been on the forum long but mainly seems to be mums, 20's and a bunch of us older types new to finding out about autism (and ND) some diagnosed and some not but on the same journey.
Hi, I'm 43 and just officially diagnosed a few weeks ago but have self-recognised since 2015. I also have hEDS and associated conditions (also diagnosed late in 2015).
I have a hubby and one daughter, love a certain Playstation game right now - with intense interest - and make jewellery and small gift things. Love my cat, say hi to all the dogs I meet, too.
Yes, mid-twenties, hi!
Let's move on
Well done brave Misfit. What we have made is too valuable to let it be trashed by two horrid days. Nuff said I hope.
KillerQueen I've lost your post but daring to resend this link which explains social imagination quite well. And yes it is sort of on the lines you wrote. It's quite tricky and difficult to explain. But it's another ahah moment.

Not your fault, I was going to reply to some of the threads, but I found them locked. I hope I haven't hijacked Toms thread with my reply/question!!!!
In 20's in spirit, but nearer double early 20's
