This is, I think helpful, for Autistic people who struggle with their behaviour. I myself in the past used to be more impulsive and emotionally hysterical before I started eating more Omega 3 and less Omega 6.
A basic guide:
Cheese, Beef, Lamb and Game Meat are all high in Omega 3 and low in Omega 6. Fish are even better, in that respect, as they're very high in Omega 3.
Pork, chicken and eggs are all quite high in Omega 6 and not too high in Omega 3.
When choosing a cooking oil, the best to use are any that aren't high in Omega 6 and those are butter, lard, olive oil, avocado oil and coconut oil. It can be helpful to avoid products that already have the cooking oils in that aren't among the ones I listed as they are going to be high in Omega 6.

Interesting.
I'm wondering how well bacon does for omega 3...
A droll response, but it did make me smile.
Hemp oil has loads of omega 3 and lesser amounts of the others in it, but you need to not heat it to much, either put it on food or use as a dipping oil, it's got a nice nutty flavour.
