Trouble Drinking Water

Heyy does anyone else struggle with drinking water or even remembering to do so? 

I am hydrated cause i drink other healthy liquids with water in like iced coffee with oat milk and fruit smoothies but drinking water is hard. It can even feel weird or a bit sickening to swallow water but with other liquids it's fine.

  • Yeah when i make a water it ends up still being quite full a few hours later even tho i'm thirsty or like you said it doesn't register at all. I also find that ice helps which is what i'm starting to use, right now i'm drinking fruit shoot (no added sugar) Joy which is easy for me to drink.

  • I forget to drink. I register thirst but don't do anything about it. Or it doesn't register at all. I can make a drink and an hour later its still there or only a bit has gone. Anxiety makes thirst worse. I often find drinking plain water strange but then don't really much like cordials added although it does help. I find iced water more palatable. It was more "yes" to the fact it feels weird. I just feel like I don't enjoy drinking anything at the moment.
