lonely and want understanding

Hiya, i am a mum to 5, with a 7 year old girl with a.s.d, shes also in remission of cancer, just wander how much more, me and my family can take. My family are not supportive, and the kids dad blames me for her illnesses, just want to talk to someone that finds life as difficult as me, at the mo. Cant believe how much of an impact all this has had on my other kids, just want reassurance it will get better xxxx

  • i not in the same boat as you, but i do have a 3 year old who is austistic.  But has never been seriously ill.

    Have you asked your doctor/health visitor if there are any organisations that you can get in touch with to even just to talk about your problems. You could aslo ask citzens advice bureau they usually have lots of information that might be able to help you.

    the father of your child is a.s.d. probably doesn't understand what is going on and needs time to adjust to everything.
