5yr old son recently diagnosed, behavioural frustration

Hi everyone,

im new to this and am reaching out to others. my son is in his first year of primary school and recently his behaviour has gotten worse. He took a grow spurt over the summer holiday and is now the biggest in the class he height and broadness. He has tendencies to lash out and can be very controlling. My partner and I have been brought into the school due to his hitting and unrulines on several occasion. We do have spells of this behaviour at home but not quite the same magnitude as he appears to be having at school. I'm worried now he's been diagnosed is it just a matter of time before he's taken out of main stream school? Or is there help to improve this situation. please advise...

  • Hi pal,

I do feel your pain,...the school asked me to go into the class every afternoon to teach my own son,

You could not make this shxt up!....and when things did not improve we went backpacking,...then and only then did I see great things happen,

You should read my post on POWER TO PARENTS arm yourself with the letter of the bloody LAW

Then you will see people moving,...unfortunately that came too late for my family as tomorrow I intend on giving copies of my tape recordings and other evidence I've gathered over 11 YEARS AND I WILL DEMAND A CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION

Ill let you how I get on ......

    Good luck and stay strong,
