exclusion yet again!

My 13 yr old son who has ASD has again been excluded from school for swearing at teacher, he is in mainstream school with statement.

The school has been advised by a specialist that exclusion or detention is not the answer to his problems yet they still find any excuse to send him home. can anyone give me a bit of advice as to where to go from here, the school does not seem to be listening to advice from the professionals. When things go wrong at school the TA is ment to take my son out the situation and get to the bottom of what went wrong but they just get the teacher's side and not my son's.

seem to be banging my head against brick wall with it all, i try and help the school when he plays up but seems to be thrown back in my face.

Sorry for the rant

  • update on meeting.

Teacher's said my son HAD to change form tutors this morning without guidence on change. Was also refused admission to school due to the fact he refused to remove his hat in school. In which he did remove but the teachers just kept contiunally going on about it so he put it back on. so still no further on. awaiting reply from disability and sen at local authority to see what my next step will be, can go on like this.

I questioned the lack of work sent home in which the head of year said that's my fault (i said well it aint mine!) Was going to sort it out (wont hold breath on that one)

My son's form tutor has only been in the school for 2 weeks and just because she has read him file the school think she has enough knowledge to know my son.

Well enough ranting im awaiting for school to ring to let me know the next plan of action on there part.
