  • We are really sorry to hear that there are comments on You Tube generally that are distressing. It is always hard to search for information on You Tube and come across negative comments.

The best way to to handle this would be to report any responses that you see to You Tube them selves and if you feel you need to discuss this further you can call our Parent to Parent line http://www.autism.org.uk/our-services/advice-and-information-services/parent-to-parent-service.aspx to see if there is any thing else they can suggest and to share your worries.

Just thought that you would want to know that there is alot of malicious content on the internet generally, so try not to engage with it as this can antagonise them.

In the meantime the NAS have been looking into planning a campaign about hate crime and these comments on You Tube are a prime example of how our campaigning could help.

    Thanks for alerting us.
