  • You're right to identify that he's bottling it all up at school + then letting it out at home when he can't stand it any longer.  I think he needs a quiet place to wind down after school.  Maybe his bedroom without his brother bothering him, where he could indulge a hobby for a little while?  He has sensory issues : paper, pen,  noises (any in particular?).  He is under immense pressure.  I would keep a diary of his behaviour at home.  If he's ok about it, you could video it.  This is helpful when you're dealing with professionals such as Drs, teachers, social workers etc.  The school needs to support him more.  Try to get that statement or echp as I think it's now called.  Check out the home pg + the posts to see if there is more info there which might be helpful.
