DMS5- Next steps

Hi

Finally, the assessment is completed and it concluded she is DMS5.  Now I am thinking on apply for EHP.  Any recommendations on schools that are good for ASD DMS5 children in England Berkshire area? Although I will be checking online I would like to hear from the Parents and their experience. 

Please do drop a note if you have ANY advice.

  • Yeah dsm-5 is not a diagnosis. I suspect you’ve probably seen some sort of paperwork that says something like ‘this person has an autistic spectrum condition as defined by DSM-5.’ That’s just a reference to the manual that was used to diagnose the person with the autistic spectrum condition.
