what made me laugh most, was special prescription glasses for allistic children so they could see like we do

yes.. mine was the "devastating" but I often have to explain to my son I do not see as well as he does and my memory is not as precise as his either so he also must forgive me and help me when I do not see " the obvious". Allistic are blinds in many ways and each one at various levels but most are not concious about it! That protects from reality/chaos.
