So do I! The norm used to be quite different and maybe you would be interrested in looking at some videos from the 60's like the "Mike Wallace Interviews" series or this one by Abraham Maslow, could anything like that be on national tv those days?: www.youtube.com/watch
distopic
you couldn't be more correct. summed up in just one word
delusional is so common nowadays
a bit of honest truth is what we appreciate most
such is autistic style
A shade as you say and that's my problem with diagnostics (though I by now understood why some people need it!), it defines a border between shades based on comparison with a norm (which is changing). In my current vision of the world: each of us live in our own reality with our own vision of the world which should change when we contemplate the vision of others (reading books, communicating, thinking etc.) thereby creating a common reality. I think and many others do (which is why I don't think I am unsane) that our society is becoming distopic. We are losing common reality for many reasons we can discuss and are left with individual reality which is a shade of delusion by definition. Being delusional would need to be reconsidered continuously as the norm is changing itself. In other worlds it could be that delusional is so common nowadays that one would need to be extremely delusional to be diagnosed as such. I sincerely hope I did not offend anyone. Just to add an example, Neurosis has disapeared as a diagnosis because the norm has become neurotic.
not concious is just a shade of delusional
but they would fiercely defend their view as the correct one
I've never made any to say like I do (I do for other reasons)
I'm delusional
but I've always known my future is in mental asylum
yes.. mine was the "devastating" but I often have to explain to my son I do not see as well as he does and my memory is not as precise as his either so he also must forgive me and help me when I do not see " the obvious". Allistic are blinds in many ways and each one at various levels but most are not concious about it! That protects from reality/chaos.
