How do you deal with this hot weather?

Sorry for all the questions, we just want the best for our students. This heat is lovely for some but not for others. Most of our students luckily aren't bothered by the sun and will spend all day outside. Some students are bothered and will stay inside but they cope really well. One student in particular, Riley, hates it. Last year, when she joined she would turn up in winter clothes so we have taught her what to wear in the summer. She is now a lot better but we do have to sometimes remind her to drink and take her jumper off.

Yesterday she struggled with the heat. It makes students hot and aggy so they dotn have as much tolerance as usual and struggle to cool themselves down. We do give out ice packs, cold water, fans, and from time to time we do water fights in our school garden for students who want to join in. And soon we are taking the students to a mini water park down the road for a picnic and to splash about.

How do you cool down on a hot day. More incidents happen in the summer and we really don't want this to happen as much this year. Thank you for reading and we hope you respond. Sorry for asking so many questions. We will stop, it's just because we want to learn, understand and help our students better.
