I posted the weekend about that Bounces Draft Statement finally arrived after a very long wait to get it signed off only to discover a issue with social services report and even they were puzzled with it!!!
The report whcih was supposedly written by person named on it wasnt and she only is a team assistant who doesnt write reports or SA reports, no one has a clue who wrote it, team that do them refused to talk to me and said I need to speak to person named on it!!! 
. I was bounced about several times during 3 phone calls to try and sort this out and eventually old SW tried to find a solution to many issues aprt from above mentioned, 1, his name is spelt wrong, 2, they were talking about the wrong child, 3, spelling was dismal, 4, information was more of a personal opinion than the truth and some totally irrelevant!!!! OHH and it wasnt even signed!!!
