Recent diagnosis - advice on report please

Hiya

my 16 yr old us recently received a diagnosis of ASD. I’ve been asked to read through the draft report before meeting to discuss it. I’m confused as to how the report details so much background information and family information - for example the fact I had post natal depression and that I split up from his dad temporarily. Is this normal or can I request for this to be taken out? I don’t understand how it can be useful for people working with my son to read this ?

    I'm not entirely sure why that would be included, I could understand on medical notes maybe but not on a report going to other people, 

    I know that some people on here have had reports amended for workplace disclosure so they don't contain sensitive information I would assume that you can have this taken out as it is your medical history not your sons? 

    Sorry I can't be more help still waiting for assessment for my daughter so can't really judge what happens after!
