hi i just found the forum i am  a mother of 3 wonderful children my oldest has high funtioning autism only had dignosis a couple of monthes ago my son is 9 , and i have 2 daughters and they are 6 and 3 years old x

    since my boy had been diagnosed a social worker has been coming home to visit him, which is strange because we ant use to it every 6 weeks and he goes out with barnardos once a month to cinema, 4 hours care he was given.

    In school he was put in to a behaviour unit  when he was 3 taken out of his nersery and is still ther now, all the other boys are ther coz of behaviour nothing to do with Autism, so making a positive relation ship has been hard for him to make friends and everyday the teacher has a morn in his book about how slow he has been doing his work
