Anger and anxiety

I have aspergers syndrome and suffer a lot with anger and anxiety now when i have moments when i am feeling angry or anxious it makes me feel like i want to sit in a pitch black room however i dont have a pitch black room is there anything i could use to sort of help me with what it makes me want to do

You can call them on 0808 800 4104 (Monday to Thursday 10am to 4pm, Friday 9am to 3pm), although please note that the Helpline is experiencing increasingly high demand, and you may not reach them straight away.

    The Samaritans also provide confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day on 116 123, or by email on jo@samaritans.org.
