ASMR Videos on youtube

Hi

Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR)

I've been trying to finds ways to distract myself from extreme despair, anxiety & depression. After doctors refused to help.

I found ASMR videos via youtube. These are free videos people make about numerous topics. Often the person is quiet, whispering or they make interesting sounds. It may work best when using headphones/earphones.

The intent is to promote a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. You can experiment with different topics & styles to see if it works for you.

Just putting this out there, as I didn't discover it until a few years ago. It won't 'cure' autism, but it's helped me cope with mental difficulties better. Maybe it could help others.
