Could anyone recommend a family law barrister who has got good knowledge about Autism? This is to help us in a Child contact case.

    The problem with barristers is that they won't make anyone see sense. They also won't guarantee anything apart from a large bill. I'm currently employing a barrister on a construction dispute and even with this sort of case, where there are objective issues to decide, they won't guarantee anything.

    Unfortunately, there isn't a black and white "right answer" to how much contact is right for the father or you to have with your child.

    Did you get anywhere with your local authority childrens services?
