Hi Crazy Lady!
You need to be signed in to the forum with your username and password before you can reply to a thread. If you can't see the Reply and quote links on a thread then you have to go to the "sign in" link at the top. When you have logged in then it will take you back to the thread that you were looking at.
P.S. the system will sign you out automatically if you shut your computer down or after a period of inactivity.
